Dr. Josh Rabbit
Get to Know
Dr. Rabbit’s academic path took him from Birmingham Southern College to the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Dr. Rabbit dedicated his career to pediatric dentistry by completing a rigorous residency program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham/Children’s Hospital of Alabama.
Dr. Rabbit is a member of several dental associations, including the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Alabama Dental Association, and Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Rabbit is committed to providing the best care for young smiles.
Away from the office, Dr. Rabbit's life is full with his wife Amelia, their son Anderson, baby girl Lottie, and their playful mini Aussiedoodle, Lola. You might also see him casting a line, tracking game, or hitting the golf course.
Dr. Gary Meckler
Get to Know
Dr. Gary Meckler is a board-certified pediatric dentist who has been brightening smiles in private practice since 2000. His academic journey began at the University of Arizona, leading him to The Ohio State University College of Dentistry where he earned his degree. Dr. Meckler honed his specialty in pediatric dentistry with a residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham/Children’s Hospital of Alabama.
Dr. Meckler holds memberships with the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. His expertise is recognized with a Diplomate status from the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellowship in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
When he’s not caring for little smiles, Dr. Meckler loves spending time with family and staying busy with hobbies. After years of supporting his children's competitive gymnastics careers, he and his wife, Paige, are embracing the beauty and tranquility of life on the Gulf Coast. Dr. Meckler finds joy in playing golf, cooking, and rooting for his Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland sports teams. He enjoys quality time with his family, including their three dogs and two cats.

Please bring your child's health history form, any previous dental records, your insurance card, and a list of medications your child is taking. This information will help us provide the best care possible.
